Room Block

We have a limited block of rooms that have been reserved at The Sunset Station, for March 20th and 21st.  We have been given a great rate of $65.00 per night. With taxes and fees, the total comes to $93.47/night. You will be charged for the first night upon registration. If you wish to arrive earlier, the those rooms will be at the regular online rate. Attendees will be responsible for making their own reservations and supplying their personal credit card to hold their room.  The hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check out.  Please book early because there are a limited number of rooms available. The hotel block will expire on February 20th. Reservations made after that date will be the going rate.

Details You Need to Know

A $100.00 security deposit is required either by credit card or cash upon check-in for incidentals (FYI-cash deposit will take longer at check-in).

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in the first night’s room and tax penalty. You will be responsible for any of these fees.


The hotel does not have a shuttle from the airport. The hotel is about 10 miles to Nevada State College. If a rental car is not an option, taxis, UBER and LYFT are available.
