Recommended Courses To Take in High School
As a Nevada student it is not only important to stay on top of your coursework required to graduate with your diploma, but also important to know the requirements needed to be awarded the Guinn Millennium Scholarship. A scholarship only offered to Nevada students who graduate and meet the program eligibility requirements. Below you will find courses required and/or recommended to be taken to be awarded the Millennium Scholarship.
There are many diploma options and graduation requirements vary. Specific information for Washoe and Clark counties can be found through the websites for Washoe County School District and Clark County School District. If you have any questions about what you need to graduate from high school, see your counselor.
Millennium Scholarship Course Requirements for Nevada Students
- English – 4 units
- Math (including Algebra II or higher) – 4 units
- Science – 3 units
- Social Studies and History – 3 units

Mathematics – 4 units | English – 4 units |
